What to Expect
Following a period of time of trying this product, it is clear that it is not as quick as the manufacturer makes it out to be. If the infection was killed in days, there would be no way of knowing, as the skin still requires healing. That healing process takes a number of weeks and so getting rid of the infection could take almost as long with the consumer being none the wiser. There was some improvement after a few days of use but the results were not as spectacular as Rowell Laboratories seemed to imply with their description of this cream, particularly in the slogan, “Works in days, not weeks”. Its smell is pleasant enough in comparison to similar products and it does the trick in getting rid of fungal infections but it is not the fantastic cure the manufacturer makes it out to be.
Keep an Eye Out
This cream is unsuitable for 2 years and under so you should not use this product on them unless told to do so by a medical practitioner. Keep cream away from eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, clean with water immediately. Some people may show sensitivity to certain oils in this treatment. If the product causes irritation or your condition has shown no improvement within a few weeks of treatment then you must discontinue its use and ask your doctor about what to do.
A refund may be obtained from Rowell Laboratories. As they sell their product through Amazon, they follow the Amazon refund policy which give a customer 30 days in which to send back a product after buying it. Additional policies may apply other than this but you are asked to contact the company directly for more information. They can be contacted by telephoning (800) 595-0060 or (407) 374-3000. A return can be initiated at Amazon’s Online Return Center so that the seller is requested to authorize product return. The reviews left on Amazon show that many people were more than satisfied with the product. It did not work for some people although the company seem to have provided reasons why, that place the fault on the consumer as opposed to the company itself. The returns service was commented upon and the customer in question seemed to be pleased with that service.
The Bottom Line
NatureCare AF Antifungal Cream does have its upsides as well as its downsides. The product can combat various types of dermal fungus but the treatment is not as quick as it has been claimed to be. The product is entirely natural and has been manufactured in facilities, which are Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified. The returns policy appears to be in-line with Amazon’s standard policy and so the window of opportunity to return the product is a short one. The product may be considered pricey when taking into consideration the amount of the product obtained. It is easy to apply and smells okay. The cream is also easily applied. It appears that the bad may outweigh the good in this case but if you want a natural alternative that can treat multiple conditions, including nail fungus, then this product may suit you.
